We know this time of year can often be stressful with timelines that demand everything is done before ‘Christmas’ – why can one day cause so much anxiety? This seems at odds with what this time of year is really about, which is celebrating our accomplishments and taking some time out to refresh and recharge our batteries. At the Australian River Restoration Centre (we manage Finterest) we believe the best antidote for the ‘silly season’ is to go and find some water, sit next to it, paddle on it, swim in it, fish in it, splash in it – your body, mind and spirit will be re-energised and renewed – and its all natural and organic!
